Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior design project estimation, with at least 4–5 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design and fit-out projects based on BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
2. Analyze project requirements, materials, labour, and timelines to produce competitive quotations.
3. Review and interpret technical drawings and tender documents.
4. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices for materials and services.
5. Assist the project and sales teams in pricing, tender submissions, and post-tender clarifications.
6. Maintain and update a database of prices and vendor contacts.
7. Prepare cost comparisons and value engineering options when required.
8. Track project costs and variations throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience as an Estimator in the interior design or fit-out industry.
2. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and market pricing within the UAE.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
4. Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
5. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
