Job Description – HR Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at JR Interiors. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
  2. Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, HRMS).
  3. Assist in payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy of attendance and overtime records.
  4. Support in the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
  5. Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and cancellations with PRO/admin.
  6. Manage employee engagement activities and contribute to building a positive work culture.
  7. Handle performance management processes, including appraisals and probation reviews.
  8. Prepare HR-related reports (turnover, recruitment status, leave balances, etc.).
  9. Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related issues.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 2–4 years of experience as HR Executive/HR Assistant in UAE (preferably interiors, construction, or related industry).
  3. Solid understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
  4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
  6. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
