About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at JR Interiors. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leaves, personal files, HRMS).
- Assist in payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy of attendance and overtime records.
- Support in the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, and cancellations with PRO/admin.
- Manage employee engagement activities and contribute to building a positive work culture.
- Handle performance management processes, including appraisals and probation reviews.
- Prepare HR-related reports (turnover, recruitment status, leave balances, etc.).
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as HR Executive/HR Assistant in UAE (preferably interiors, construction, or related industry).
- Solid understanding of UAE labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS/ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
