We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our expanding team.


Job Summary:

The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing and coordinating interior fit-out projects from start to completion. This includes site supervision, technical coordination, resource planning, and ensuring that all works are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with the company's quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day execution of interior fit-out projects at various sites.
  2. Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to align project timelines and specifications.
  3. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues.
  4. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
  5. Prepare and submit project status reports and documentation.
  6. Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards on-site.
  7. Review technical drawings and ensure accurate execution per specifications.
  8. Track materials, manpower, and timelines to ensure effective resource utilization.




Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Project Engineer in interior fit-out projects.
  2. Sound knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and site coordination.
  3. Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  4. Strong ability to read and interpret design drawings and technical documents.
  5. Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
  7. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.

Salary range per month: AED 4,000 - AED 5,000
