JR Interior Design, part of the well-established Joga Ram Group, is a leading provider of high-quality interior design and fit-out solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple ongoing projects in Dubai and across the UAE.

Job Description:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the execution of interior fit-out projects from design finalization to handover.
2. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
3. Coordinate with clients, designers, engineers, procurement, and site teams for smooth project execution.
4. Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
5. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards on all sites.
6. Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients.
7. Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and performance compliance.
8. Handle client communication and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
9. Lead project meetings and provide updates on timelines, risks, and solutions.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in a project management or site leadership role within the interior design and fit-out industry.
2. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Strong knowledge of materials, MEP coordination, project scheduling, and interior construction standards.
4. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
7. UAE Driving License is mandatory.
