Sales Coordinator – JR Interiors / JR Industries

Reporting To: Sales Manager – JR Interiors / JR Industries

Job Summary

JR Interiors and JR Industries are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our growing sales operations. The ideal candidate will manage customer communication, process quotations and orders, support the sales team administratively, and ensure seamless coordination between sales, logistics, procurement, and accounts. Prior experience in interiors, wood, building materials, or related sectors will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with customers and the sales team to manage inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
2. Prepare, issue, and follow up on proforma invoices, quotations, LPOs, and related sales documentation.
3. Maintain and update customer records in CRM/ERP systems.
4. Track order progress, monitor delivery timelines, and coordinate with logistics for timely dispatch.
5. Assist in organizing client meetings, preparing sales presentations, and maintaining the sales schedule.
6. Support the sales team with reports, product data, pricing sheets, and documentation.
7. Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone.
8. Check stock availability and liaise with the procurement team for order requirements.
9. Maintain proper filing and documentation of contracts, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
10. Ensure compliance with internal policies, workflows, and customer service standards.

Requirements

Experience:

1. 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support (preferably in interiors, wood, building materials, fit-out, or related industries).

Skills:

1. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Software:

1. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
2. Experience with ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage.

Languages:

1. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
