Job Summary

Joga Ram Group of Companies is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive who can manage our digital presence and create visually appealing content. The ideal candidate will have strong social media management experience along with hands-on expertise in graphic design.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  1. Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
  2. Manage daily operations of social media handles including posting, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring engagement.
  3. Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
  4. Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement.
  5. Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Graphic Design

  1. Create visually appealing graphics, banners, posters, reels, and promotional material for social media and marketing campaigns.
  2. Design creatives aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for events, announcements, and brand campaigns.

Content & Strategy

  1. Brainstorm and develop fresh ideas to boost brand visibility and online presence.
  2. Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns if required.
  3. Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and create relevant content.



Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  2. Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
  3. Good understanding of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  4. Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Basic video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory).


Education & Experience

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (preferred).
  2. 3–5 years of experience in social media management and graphic design.

Salary range per month: AED 5,000 - AED 7,000
